Citizen Warrior Defense

 

1. Course Registration & Payment
Full payment is required to reserve a seat in any training course unless otherwise stated. Course availability is limited and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. No Refund Policy
All course fees and payments are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:

• Failure to attend a scheduled course
• Voluntary withdrawal from a course
• Failure to complete course requirements
• Removal from the classroom or range for safety violations or failure to follow instructor directions
• Missed course dates or incomplete training

By registering for a course, the participant understands and agrees to this no refund policy.

3. Rescheduling Policy
A student may request to reschedule a course within sixty (60) days of the original class date, subject to class availability and instructor approval.
Rescheduling requests must be made prior to the scheduled course date whenever possible.
Failure to complete the course within the 60-day rescheduling period may require the student to register and pay for a new course.
Citizen Warrior Defense reserves the right to reschedule courses due to weather, range availability, instructor emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Course Completion Requirements
To successfully complete any training course, students must meet all course requirements, including but not limited to:

• Attending the course in its entirety
• Participating in all required classroom instruction
• Successfully completing any written examinations
• Successfully completing all practical exercises
• Successfully passing live fire qualification standards
• Demonstrating safe firearms handling at all times
• Certificates of completion will only be issued after all course requirements have been successfully completed.

5. Safety Violations & Removal From Training
Safety is the highest priority during all training conducted by Citizen Warrior Defense.
Any participant who:

• Violates firearm safety rules
• Acts in a reckless or unsafe manner
• Fails to follow instructor commands or directions
• Disrupts the course environment
• Creates a safety concern for themselves or others

Course participants may be immediately removed from the classroom, firing line, or training area at the sole discretion of the instructor.
If a student is removed from training for any safety violation or failure to follow instructor directions:

• The student will not be permitted to continue training
• No refund will be issued
• Rescheduling privileges may be denied

 

6. Ammunition & Equipment
Students are responsible for providing all required firearms, ammunition, safety equipment, and gear unless otherwise specified in writing by Citizen Warrior Defense.
Students must use safe, functional, and appropriate equipment approved by the instructor.

7. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By registering for or attending training, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
